Default Is a TPS/WOT necessary?

I have a complete nitrous kit with a MSD window switch. Im only goin to spray when im racing at the drag strip and ill be at WOT anyway. And my MSD will spray through the RPMS i set it at.

So my question is, if this is how im using it, do i really need a WOT switch?

yes you do,
first of all your car has Drive By Wire which means that only because you have the gas paddle floored you're not necessarily at wot since the computer decides when and when not to so you need a TPS switch attached to the ecu.
second it only takes a very very short time for your engine to blow your foot is not that fast. The TPS sensor is.

it's a $80 investment that can save you several thousands and lots of headaches. Don't go the cheapy route.
If you spray, spray right

The tps switch is independant from the Kit you're using.
You should get the NX one at Jegs.com for example.
Or you can buy my old one for $40
