Yes. . . that's all you need besides some tuning to be on the safer side.

that is the BARE minimum for nitrous. please spend the extra couple bucks and buy some additional items. purge, heater, blowdown at least. i dont know if nos still makes the same ghetto heater which is temp controlled (i installed one on my friends svt cobra and they're garbage), but make sure the heater you get is bottle pressure controlled. it was a while ago though, so hopefully they've come out with a better design for their heater in case you wanted to stick to nos brand for everything.

It's funny that in the listing, it says it fits the 2003-2007 350Z.
Yet it only comes with one nozzle, which isn't enough for a 2007.

You may want to look into another brand that has the WOT switch/management.
You can get more complete kits for a good price.
A lot of people are selling them in the Marketplace in here.

You will need a fuel tap, as well some kind of bottle pressure gauge.

Take the time and do some research on nitrous. You will find almost everything you will need to know.
