your fuel jet is huge for that nitrous jet! it depends on the maker how big that would be. according to nx a 41n and 24f is a 50 but nos/zex would call it closer to a 75. you really need a smaller fuel jet tho, for that nitrous jet your fuel should be about 24+/- a couple. your running hella rich.

Recently, however, I've been told by a few ZEX owners that theirs isn't at the flywheel, but at the wheels. Who really knows what the jet sizes are for each kit and why (if at all) they vary, I don't know. I guess you might be all right, but at any rate, it's definitely something that I would want to spray constantly (but you already knew that).

well from what i've seen dynotune is pretty close to NOS and using dynotune's jet calculator on their website the jet sizes are smaller. for example the NX chart says 41n 24f for a 50 shot but the dynotune calculator says 41n 22f for a 75 shot... so i was just assuming that NOS(and all the others) are the same since i think they use the same jets. i got kinda scared thinking that i read the sizes wrong in the other threads lol.

I wonder if the jet sizings themselves are different from company to company...? But then again, aren't they all (for the most part) interchangeable?

there's really only 2 types of jets. NOS style and NX style. i think zex uses the nx style jet. you cant really interchange between NOS and NX tho. i think one style has a longer base so it wont work in the other style foggers. the size is the same across the board tho, so a size 52 is 52 on both platforms. that just refers to .052"

Yeah I know, but all these different jet sizes for the same amount of power increase is just stupid. They should have a universal size for each power level. I know some companies measure the power rating differently but still..

^ +1 i odnt understand all the different sizing and also the different jet diameters as well (nx and nos) i use zex and i have some nos jets there just skinier on the top above the tapered end...seems to be spraying fine havent noticed n e thing different and/or and n2o leak or fuel leaks from the fogger... i completely agree with the jets sizing to power ratio sticky!!!
