Olivia you need to ziptie or organize those wires so they run down that center channel portion, it would look alot neater
you might be able to stuff some of the cables running along the wall under the base board trim and carpet also

see if you can push them between the carpet and baseboard = FREE
and the tv stand has the center portion in the back to hide all those wires
