Hey you guys. I was thinking about mods and wanted your opinion. I was wondering if I should go with MREV2 and 5/16 iso thermal spacer vs. catback and test pipes. What you think?

 

cat back and test pipes then the other

 

Catback and test pipes will be more noticeable as far as sound and appearance goes.

MREV2 and spacer will be more HP.

 

Well, I was just wondering if I do the exhaust first, will I lose some lower end power?

 

me, i would go with the exhaust first.. i am guessing the HP gains would be about the same either way, or close (or maybe i am talking out my ***), but with the exhaust, you get the lovely exhaust tone to go with it..

 

I doubt it would be much, if any at all.

I say DO IT. Only if you don't think you'll break it. The V2 is an expensive **** and I would hate to break it.

 

well it is the shine replica and they put a cabon lip on it kinda like the bumper i have now but just the v2 and my bumper is full carbon but i painted it to look like it has just a lip so i would basically just be switching to a v2 with the same paint scheme i have now.

 

You have the whole V1 front bumper? I say go for it if you like it. I like the V2 more than the V1.

 

yea i have the whole v1 bumper is carbon fiber painted the top portion to make it look i just have a carbon lip. if i decide to do this is anyone interested in a carbon nismo v1 front bumper with varis carbon intake duct

 

curious, what do you want for the bumper??
