I order kinetix rtps from some guy, and he sent me some crap
the test pipes he sent are missing flanges on one side, have an extra bong welded into one pipe, have an extra hole drilled near one of the existing flanges, and don't look at all like kinetix resonated test pipes.
He won't give me my money back because he says I should have inspected the picture for the current state of the test pipes. He never mentioned they are completely Effed and won't work.
I filed a complaint with paypal, and they gave me some bs policy crap about them not caring about the quality of the item shipped, only about shipping the item itself.
He refuses to give me a refund even though I offer to reimburse him for his shipping costs and pay to ship it back.
He gave me some bs excuse about not being able to pay me the money and that he has already taken the money out of paypal.
Then he proceeds to tell me that it is my fault, and blah blah blah.
I'll post all the PMs here if anyone is interested.
