I'll try to make it as well. I was going to North Carolina June 16-18. But I recently recieved a subpoena for the 17th so I will have to cancel that trip.

Anybody ever try to avoid a subpoena? If so, what did you do?

 

Call the clerk, and ask for a continuance, due to work related issues, or family emergency. Just make it sound convincing.
