It shouldn't be a problem. Its actually the axles. Mine have been doing it for about 3000 miles now. It is a tsb for you to bring the car back to nissan to get it fixed. All they do is re-grease them.

Think you're talking about the clicking. I already for mine fixed for that but its only one making some weird noise.
