Whats up LA!
I'll be in BR by Monday!!!!!
Let me re-introduce myself. I know I havn't been on here in a while. I'm the guy that has been in Iraq for the last 15 months. Then I went and got the Greddy kit with all the goodies for the Z. I use to ask all the FI questions and everyone would bash me for it. Remeber me now?
Well I never had anything installed because Gustav left a tree laying on my house and my insurance wouldn't cover it. They claimed it was considered WIND damage and I didn't have wind damage coverage. Well *** those guys! I got my house all fixed up again but didn't have enough change to get the kit installed.
I'll be home until Nov 9th. I hope I get to meet a few of you guys and check out your cars. Of course I also hope to drinks lots of beer and catch up on all the sex I've been missing out on since I was in Iraq.

^^ I like the bike rack...
Well last night I went out to Port of Call and then Republic and on the way home I kinda fell asleep for a second on Lapalco right past Higgins heading towards Avondale. Right where the construction starts I went off the road a little and hit a chain link fence and a couple of caution signs.
Damage: Front bumper, hood, both fenders, scratches on both sides of the car, passenger rear quarter has a few dents, rear bumper, and passenger side skirt. Now the
SES light is on and all the plastic undertray is gone.

Is it gonna be covered by insurance?
Do you have any pics of the damage?

I'm physically ok, a little disappointed and mad at myself but thats about it. I told the insurance co. that I couldn't see where I was going. Where it happened at there are no street lights or markers on the road. Police came and made a report but I didn't get a ticket. My car was actually stuck and the rear wheels were just spinning. Lance, Kim and Alan all tried to get me out but it didn't work. My mom came and brought a chain and Lance pulled me out. I might take some pics and post them.

YAh good thing thats all that happened. I mean that sure is enough but its always good to think of how much worse it could have been. Rather the side of a chain link fence then the front of a wall right? Glad to hear your ok and hope everything works out for yah man.
That reminds me of the time my friend fell asleep also after going out. He though fell asleep at a red light with his foot on the brake. I dont know how but he managed to keep his foot on the brake. Luckily one of us saw him chillen at a red light for a while on our way home and knew something wasnt right before a cop did.
Oh and I got the tires from www.citytireonline.com thanks to lance for the link. Those tires were only 88 each and about 100 for shipping. I think it was about 450 shipped for 4 new tires. 245/40/18

Traded the Frontier in this week for a new 09' Murano for the wife. Having a kid so decided she should have something nice for herself. I have a company car so I never drove the Frontier hardly ever anyway.
If anyone is looking into getting a Nissan go to Price Leblanc in Gonzales. This is my second purchase from them and I have never had better service before and after the sale in my life. Ask for Conrad Oubre if you go there. Best salesman I have ever dealt with. Not pushy and lets you take your time without bothering the crap out of you even if you take several weeks.
