i just had to do one of the hardest thing ever...i had to fire/let go of my receptionist...she was also a friend of mine...she trusted me enough to leave her old job and start this new one with me and now i have to fire her....*** that suck...she doesn't even want to talk to me

i just had to fire a tech here. She wasnt a friend before but we got close over the last year. unfortunately she decieded she only wanted to come to work when she felt like it

why did u have to let her go?
