greg, how do u like ur test pipes? i 'm planning getting some but dont know which to buy. i was thinking about the following:kinetix, titek, helix, strup, or turboxs..do u know anything about those?

 

i got the helix and they ahave worked fine for me just get the nonfouler fix and you should be set. they just came out with a new set that keeps the test pipes form moving by keeping them attached to the tranny

drivin to work n just passed up the toll, had some traffic so I was behind a truck and didn't see this rusted *** f**king hubcap, then BAMM!! dent my rim luck the tires was still good. got it fixed today should b done by next week

I have the APS and they are fine. Any test pipe should do the trick. It might make it a little raspy though. Weird noises appear when you pull the cats out. You might want to consider a catback exhaust.

yea, i was planning on buying the borla TD..getting a really good on it..czp is selling 820 for the TD,kinetix TP for 199, and popcharger for 120 and shipped everything total 1209...is that a good deal?

Pretty much what the others said... I have non-resonated test pipes and I'm not even sure of the brand haha but I got them super cheap so I figured why not.

All of the ones you listed are fine really. The only ones I've heard bad things about were Megan Racing resonated test pipes but it seems to be a hit or miss with them because I have a friend that has some and said they were fine.

And yeah it'll rasp... especially non-resonated. I'll try to post some video clips or y'all will get to hear it in person. Personally, I think my car sounds awesome at WOT and don't even notice rasp... I do however, notice it during normal driving at a certain RPM range but I can live with it.
