Louisiana Z/Import cookout April 29th *Lakefront*
Yea very sad times.....this sat night I was comming back from going out and it was wet and I was loosing traction a lot...anyhow cops sees me and gives me a ticket for reckless driving....honestly I didnt even spin on purpose...atleast this night I didnt lol. OH and ill post a pic soon of the lovely present my friend left me with his tacoma...backed up into me and the bottom of his bumper drug the top of my hood and left two big scratches and a nice dent....
I swear Ive had more incidents with the police and people hitting me in this car than anyother lol

The worst night!
So it all started when we left Harrah's!
I got on the I-10 and started playing with another Z. The road was wet and traction was little. So I get on it a little too hard one time and start to fish tail a little bit. I quickly let off the gas and regain control but not before a Cop notices and begins to pull me over. We sat on side of the highway for 6-7 minutes and he never even got out of his car. Then he just took off and left me sitting there. I thought "this is the luckiest day of my life."
Still heading towards Baton Rouge on I-10 right after the Nola Airport exit, I see I'm coming up on a wreck and I'm THE FIRST CAR THERE. I stop in the left lane (cars and debris scattered the right one) and turned on my flashers. I jump out and run to the first car to find it empty. As I run to the next car I see 3 guys walking back yelling everything is ok, they called the police, and I should try to drive around it all and go home. Ok fine. I get to the hood of my car just in time for a fourth car to come crashing into the back of mine at about 65mph. I literally JUMPED on the hood of my car as they hit it and it was coming straight at me and almost fell off and over the bridge as it crashed into the side wall.
My gf was sitting on the passenger side and never even knew what hit her. She was ok though, just scared and crying alot. No one was hurt actually.
The cops sited me for (stopping on a highway) and causing the second accident. Even I stopped to render aid and had my damn flashers ON and the debris ****ing blocked me from passing.
I'm gonna find a good lawyer tomorrow... My Z is totaled!!!
I'll be parting it all out as soon as I get a green light from my insurance company. Look at my list of mods and claim what you want to. I will post pics soon.........

I was about 3 feet in front of my car when the other car hit it from behind. My car came at me with lots of other debris and sparks. It was like some ish from a movie. I jumped/fell on the hood and didn't have time to grab onto anything. It slid around and hit the guard rail and I slid off and hit the rail. I thought I was dead for sure. Then I sat for a second in disbelief that all of that just actually happened. I jumped up, checked on everyone, then ran up the street and started directing traffic till the cops showed up.
I have USAA and they are treating me pretty good so far. Still waiting to get an answer if they will let me pull off all the mods once they officially total it...

ummmm, sounds like a lot of us are having problems or close to it, wether it be with the cops or wrecks. . .so here is my close call while driving to Houston. . .doing 75 on I-10 in the left lane i come up on two 18 wheelers, one behind the other in the right lane. . .i get to the door of the first one i come up on and notice the one in front of him is signaling to get in the left lane. . .i slow down to the middle of the trailer of the semi that i'm next to and notice that he all of a sudden puts his blinker on and within a second he starts to move into my lane quick with no regard to the other semi wanting to change lanes or myself being right next to him. . .all i had to the left of me was the brick barrier about 2ft. to my left so i had to think quick, either get ran over by his back wheels after i get smoosed against the barrier and thrown underneath or honk and slam on my brakes. . .well i chose the no-brainer option and slammed on my brakes with inches to spare, and i mean INCHES. . .he still didn't notice me after all that and kept going. . .so i passed them when i had the chance and made sure i never got by them again. . .i tell ya, the only thing that flashed in my head when i saw him about to squish me was that damn red saleen stang get ran over by the semi in FnF. . .i've never felt my heart pound so fast. . .
hmmm...it in perfect condition liek would need no body work? Just resprayed? Cause the guy is doing it on the side and said 300 to fix the dent and scratches and then respray so dunno if thatd be cheaper to pay you 200 then pay him to respray it...might work out the same....
