+1 threads and nuts would be my first concern, but it looks like they are all started in the picture.
Just make sure to ask if any are stripped or damaged

He's pretty cool, and he is a good guy to work for, he just forgets alot because he is dealing with alot of different things at once. You will just have to come in and prove yourself, but I know that won't be a problem. Wages are usually determined based on experience, so it may take a few months, but the $ get better with time.
