Where should I put my ipod? I'm thinking just drill a hole into that first little rectangle area right behind the shifter with the door that slides back. Seems a little more convenient than running it through the top cubby.

 

Mine is in the console between the seats.

I think Shawn has his in the big compartment in the center console...wernt your refering to the ashtrey? Any how Ive never bought the ipod hook up for my Z1....I got the bluetooth but cant use it because I need a new microphone....

 

Yea. I wasnt sure if the center consoles are the same as the 2006+. I don't know what the little compartment in mine is supposed to be for, not sure if it's an ashtray.

I am going to do it this weekend. It's hard finding the time to wash it during the week after work, but it'll be easier now after the clock change.

 

yeah if you're lowered too much i wouldn't recommend it. . .we had a lowered s-10's leaf springs get stuck on the track. . .once i get my coilovers on next week i won't be going through anymore. . .and i get mine for free. . .gonna go to selfserve from now on. . .

Yah I never have done those drive thru machines in nay of my car besides my POS del sol....the tC I used to do the WOW touchless if it wasnt to dirty but the touchless doesnt clean it to well if its real dirty....just handwash the Z which isnt bad because it takes like hour MAX to do a real good clean and like 15 min for a quick wash...

 

I have mine in the cubby. I like not seeing it.
