ok guys, some of yall may or may not know what car i was getting. i was buying andy's car. last week i sign all the papers for the loan and was just waiting for andy to receive his check so i can get the car shipped. today, around 6 i get a text from andy saying the deal is off, he still hasnt receive the money yet and somebody else offered him more money. i called my lender immediately to see what i can do and there isnt anything since they dont have the title. so after a grueling 2 months of waiting...i got fcuked...the lesson i learned from all of this...never try to buy a car out of state again

i told a couple ppl this....if something would go wrong with this deal then i'm gonna just save my money and get some thing i really wanted...like the s5 or 335i...but thats gonna be somewhere way down the road...i'm in no rush anymore

did you talk to the dude about the rims? i can put down 20-25% like you wanted for the down payment if he can get me a good deal call me up when you find out.

sorry shawn, this time its for real...the bank put a stop payment already and he said since the loan was sign and it was funded it would be a big negative on my credit score...even tho andy called it off....my other option was to get a lawyer involved because andy did give me a bill of sale so by law he was binded but after all this shiet, i'm just done with it....plus i dont have any money to give to lawyer for a retainment fee....or whatever its called
