i dont understand kobe beef burgers. isnt the appeal of kobe its marbleization? doesnt that get lost in the grounding process? what separates grounded kobe and ground usda with identical parts of fat?

 

Well the deal is I either have to give my Girlfriends step mom 15k cash or 14k trade in. She owns the jeep I want, and she is about to order a new mustang. She doesn't mind trading me for my Z, cause she needs something to drive until the mustang gets here (6weeks:0) If the dealership said they would give me 13.5 trade in I would be happy, the only problem is it is in Panama city which is a 3 hour drive.
