it has to be my ac comp.. after going through 3 different belts, belt dressing, and now the pulley.. it can't be anything else.

but it was nice to drive it after so long. now off comes the front bumper and headlights.. gonna easy bake'em so i can clean off the green stuff on the inside of the lens. not sure why i'm doing all of this, but i think when i make it back to nola i might be tracking the hell out of her... no fun watchin her sit up doing nothing, might as well put her to some use. Bradley, i might need you guys to teach me how to "heehehehehe" on demand.
are you sure its on the inside?
If it fogging up or holding water?
If not, I'd definitely try wetsanding the outside of the headlights first.
Run to autozone and pick up a healight restoration kit. It comes with various grits of sand paper, polish, and instructions. ~30min job, no baking or even removing headlights!

i cant get on aim at my new job.. BUT, since i'm going back to my old job, that means I will be on aim.. AND photoshop will be crankin as well!

i haven't been using my desktop at home either.. i use my work laptop.. and if i install AIM and connect to the network at work, they know that it's installed. They get a little report about it through some Cisco monitoring software.. they already asked me what "uTorrent" was.. lol

What you tell them for uTorrent?

I use pidgin hehe, I'm surprised I can use it... it's not like they can't see it trying to authenticate to the AOL servers

Tonight, I got a bunch of sand paper 400,600,800,1000,1500,2000 and sanded using the roughest grit to the finest grit on my altima's headlights. Followed by polishing them. They came out really good much better then before. I didn't get any before and after pics unfortunately. The best part is the lights work much better then before.

Did you have any luck cleaning yours out?

My guess is that most of the clouding/discoloring it on the outside of your lenses. But its hard to tell without seeing them in person

I need to borrow an air compressor ASAP

If anyone has one that is around 20 gallons and is willing to let me borrow it for a day that would be great.

Redoing the intercooler and need to cut some things but my compressor is too small. The car is apart right now.

My number is 232-8640

Thanks

its in the inside. When i sealed them back in the day I didn't do the best of jobs. I reinforced the seal with silicone. With the heat and all, it eventually started to break up letting moisture in..

they are sitting in the garage now.. lol, i got lazy after taking everything apart. I started to wet sand one of them and ran out of steam. It's hotter than hell in Houston at the moment.

the kids and their mom are away for the weekend. i'm going to wait until they get back and then work on them so more.. me in the garage is the perfect excuse to not have to talk to the woman.
