no i am pretty sure my car needs a tune the most the only think i dont have is headers i have every other bolt on for the car i even have the hks fcon sitting in my room just waiting to get installed and tuned

F-con V Pro is blank, and must be tuned! $1000+/ Harness is $500+
F-con iS/ type S/ etc... are Pre-programmed but should be tuned! $700+/ Harness is $500+
these are HKS Autorized dealer only... I can get but discounts are minimal!

I have no idea lol. I mean, there are plenty of people using the UTEC with a good amount of power. I wouldn't get an FCON unless I was running pretty high boost.
