Haha! They're are no concrete walls or barriers. You don't have to go ***** out. It's your first time, so take it easy if you want. As far as class goes you'll be in BSP (same class I'm in
) but you can run novice class if you want. Yes you need a helmet but they have loaner helmets you can use.
