Will's gina is slanted, thats why the sand only falls out slowly compared to normal ginas.

Just got a package in from cigarsinternational. I had ordered a new torch lighter and two butane refills. I open the box, NOTHING INSIDE. So, I called them and the woman was all shocked and I am sitting here having to explain that there was nothing inside the box. Like... if that were me and someone was telling me they received a package with nothing in it I would have to be quite skeptical. Anyways, she is sending out a replacement for me and said that they are going to file the claim with USPS. Quite strange. I have yet to receive a box with nothing inside of it. Well, until today.

I had the same issue with a supplier once and he was telling me that some one in FEDEX was stealing car parts and recently it was Walbro fuel pumps they were going after.
I dont know if they caught the individual, but had not had a issue lately because of this.
