It depends on what I can get done today. My bmc has gone out, so I have been driving around this week with no brakes. Not the safest thing to do, but I manage. I need to get it changed out before I head to Baton Rouge, weather tonight or tomorrow morning.

There is Belle Chasse Air Force Base
and that is where we have auto-x's during the summer, on an old runway

Adam - I believe there is some activity in Lake Charles in the refurb industry. The old Chenault AFB was turned over to the city and I believe they lured a couple of big companies in to do aircraft repair/refurb. Boeing might even have been one of them.
