I believe so, but you can get one greater than what DSL offers. I have DSL and find no need for a huge download/upload rate. Plus *** monitors what you download and are the reason why a lot of people pirating get caught down here. I've already had several friends get busted and had to delete all their chit.
*** doesnt monitor what you download, its what you share that gets you busted....if you have a movie shared and those pirate police see it shared on your computer then bam they got you...I have had *** for several years download movies/music/warez all the time never been told anything and thats because i do not share....I have downloaded over 40gig in mp3s....

Same here.... the one time I had a problem was on my roommates PC. He accidentally left a torrent running for a while.
yeah, i can see speed. i just didn't know if there was a limit. b/c i have satellite internet right now & they have a download limit. like you can only download so much per month. its ridiculous!
376rwhp and 381rwtq but was having a small problem with the tune. I was hoping to break 400 rwhp and rwtq, which it shoulda done considering all the other mods I had on her. I did all the work myself except for the gears in the rear-end. The best I got outta it at the track was 12.6 @ 116. I couldn't get traction in first and half thru 2nd. It was a fun car though. I'd love to get it back as long as its in the same condition I sold it which was perfect

If you are behind a router, you are a lot safer from people poking through your stuff.
