The new 2012 Camaro SS Convertible, yes its a rag top. I kinda like but but would never buy a rag top. I installed the Lip kit on it today. its about my 4th one ive done... fairly easy.







And this is a red SS i saw at our service Dept. It had a diff body kit on it and had SPL CAMARO on the back glass, as well as Emblems on the fenders that read 5** supercharged.... idk. Looks like a beast.

 

hey craig i heard there was a chevy rep driving all over the country in some 500 hp supercharged camaro thats supposably coming out. he was at our dealer tony was telling me he had gone and checked it out that it looked sick. sadly i didnt know about it and i believe thats it....

 

I am assuming the vert is heavier than the non, correct?

 

Honestly i dont know but i can say there is ALOT going on in the rear. (ALOTTA metal rods etc. for the drop top) so i would guess the same if not heavier.

And Ryan, I bet that was it. it did look sick.

 

That probably belongs to a guy I work with. He was telling me about it Wed. Just arrived and he was waiting for body kit, catback and something else to be installed. I think he picked it up Friday.

Lmao love how i said the accent and you knew him lol. Wll now you can tell him you know who put his kit on. a 22yr old young kid that is a hacks all his body work up. JK the kit came out really nice. Let me know what he thinks about it...

 

The salesman said he's the only one in BR with a vert SS. And hes prolly the only one in the surrounding areas with a vert SS kitted.
