Well guys i finally talked my supervisors into hosting car shows. I am in charge of pretty much everything. We will be having the first one in March and i have been given to ok to have it for just NOLAZCC. I am not sure what everything will consist of, but i am gonna try to get a trophy and a VIP wing Party for the winner of the show. We will have blocked off parking in the front of the building and can possibly get a DJ. Most detail are still up in the air and are up for discusion, so i ask this what Sunday in March would like to have it, what time should we set it up i was thinking like noon so if people are coming in from Baton Rouge or farther they have time to get there and wont be out all day long. Lets start hearing some suggestions and who can make it so i can set everything in stone. i may be able to get the radio stations to advertise for this and everything. Would everyone like to eat inside or on the patio i probly can hold the patio for everyone, but like i said details still need to be ironed out.


edit:: ok date is set to march 8th start arriving at 9:30 am. we are gonna try to fully set up by no later than 10:30 as we open at 11. the show will start at as soon as the store opens and will last till 2 when we will pick the winner. the winner will be decided by votes from the customers, and the winner will recieve a trophy and a wing party for 10 people.

Hopefully I'll have mine fixed by then, if not I'll try to still make it out. I'll pass the word to some of the BR guys.

 

Sounds like a great idea.
I would be in.
I'd say noon or a little bit before, so everyone can get setup and enjoy lunch.
Patio sounds like a good idea too, to watch over the cars while we grub =P
