From what it seems, it wasn't the driver (Brennan) of the 280's fault. From what is being said, the lady in the jeep pulled straight out in front of him, and she stopped in the middle of both lanes. His car does not have abs, and he slid into her doing approximately 28 mph. He got a reckless op ticket, which is bs, if you look at the pics from the scene.

 

this pic kinda remindes me of my 1st wreak with my 1st specv a lady ran a stop sign and i had no time to react so i hiter her doing 60 that shi* hurt .... but man that sux i would have been pisssedd off

 

Difference is his car is about 33 years old, and the frame is bent, which means that now he has a totaled classic.

if the chick pulled out in front of him there is no way he should have gotten the ticket. it will fall through in court and hopefully he can fight it and get him some money. sucks his classic was destroyed
