Guess who got a flat tire on his way to being tuned? If you guessed me, you win!
Driving through Alexandria on I49, my wheel started turning left while keeping the car straight. I immedately exited & sure enough, the tire was going flat. I checked navi, & the nearest gas station was 2.1 miles away. I rolled there hoping I could rock some fix-a-flat. When I got here, the tire was looming pretty rough, but I decided to hope against hope & put in the stuff. I did that & the tire started to rise, but then I saw the liquid crap leaking on to the ground. I turned the wheel & the side of the tire is toast.
Good news is I have another set of wheels & my girlfriend will be bringing them to me (not going to roll 100+ miles either to BR or back to Shreveport on a spare). The tune has been postponed. Fun stuff.
Bad news, the girlfriend was at her parents' when I called & her dad decided to come. They went back to our apartment to get the other wheels & he asked if she could drop him off at the hospital. He ruptured his Achilles tendon years ago & apparently it occasionally still gives him trouble. I told her to take her time as that's obviously more important. I'm nervous about that as he's not the type to ask for help unless there's really something wrong.

Girlfriend brought her dad to the hospital & her sister met him there. I was really she came through & met her dad.
I was adamant that girlfriend could stay with her dad, but he insisted she come.
He doesn't seem to be super hurt, just the injury just flares up from time to time. I hope he's ok.

Im having a tire problem too. Dad is good though, wish hers the best of luck.
My tire randomly goes flat... so set amount of psi loss per hour, or time frame at all... i just walk up to it some times and its flat.

It all turned out to be a huge debacle, but got the wheel off & drove back in. Her dad went to a Quick Care place, but the wait was too long so he went to the emergency room-- after an hour, no one checked him in so he went home. He seems to be OK, other than he can't put pressure on it.

i had samw problem for the longest time until i flipped my tires. now they dont leak =)
I had a tire loose some air last week, it went down to like 20 psi before I noticed it. I think someone was ******* with it b/c it never leaked before and has not lost a single psi since.
