Does anyone know if you can tie in an aftermarket radio in a vehicle that has the factory nav in the dash too?

It had a great turn out. didnt know there were that many nice cars around here. everything from scion to gtr to nismo 370s to bad *** corvettes and gto's. there really wasnt a 350 scene there.
