Ok, I know this is somewhat off topic, but I figured it'd be a good question to ask since we are all basically in the same region and could share past experiences with our cell phones/cell phone providers, etc. I'm in downtown Milwaukee, but I go to Chicago just about every weekend. I use Verizon, and although it does it's job for the most part, I do drop calls every once in a while, and I hate the Verizon voicemail setup. What do you guys think of Cingular? T-Mobile? Nextel? U.S.Cellular? or any other providers that I missed? My Verizon contract will expire within the next month and I'd love to hear some feedback...

I kinda like the RAZR... (and yea, I did see the thread in the OT forum, it's how I got the idea to post here)

 

I switched from Verizon to Cingular.............in terms of service it was a bad idea. Only cool thing is now my nighttime minutes start at 7pm.........and I have access to a lot of cool phones.

I wouldn't suggest the Razr, its what I have now and it sucks in comparrison to my last Verizon phone. Only cool thing about the phone is the recognition this phone has. I go to a bar or club or party and everyone wants to see it and its sad to say, a new way I've found to meet girls Other than that though, the phone is a piece of junk. I plan on getting a Sony P910 soon.

 

ahhh... woulda been nice to have heard this before i bit the bullet and signed a 2yr contract with cingular along with gettin the new black razr. ah well, so far so good.
