Default Dick Scott Nissan robbed my Z!

Yeah. Thursday morning I dropped my Z off for the Fuel line recal, and to have the rear axel TSB done cause it's been clicking for almost two years now. They said they would have it back to me that night. Around 5pm I get a call from a service rep and he said they had to overnight parts and they would have it complete on friday. No problem. Friday morning I get a call from the Rep and he says my car was broken into. I'm furious. He made it sound a lot worse than it was, but it still sucks.

So here is why I (and the police) believe someone there did it, or had something to do with it.

1. The alarm was disabled.
2. The windows were not broken, they poped the door handle off. They they poped the sensor off the back of the tumbler and that causes the windows to roll down.
3. Another car, some pos grand am was damaged as well. Same thing, they poped the handle off. But they never tried to get in, and didn't steal anything. It was just to make it look random.

I go to check it out on friday. I get there and the work was complete, but they were trying to figure out why the windows wouldn't roll up. I tried my best to be civil and not flip out on them. But they tore the door apart trying to fix the window, and messed it up really bad. So I had to spend the better part of yesterday trying to reassemble the door correctly and reattach that sensor on my lock tumbler to get the windows to stay up. The damn mechanic kid there knew EXACTLY what the stolen parts were, he's like "You can still drive it, you just can't tune your fuel maps etc" Also, they stole the PC that I built into it, which was completly hidden in the compartment behind the driver seat. No wires or anything, you couldn't tell it was in there and the standard theif wouldn't have even looked behind the seat. They didn't take any cd's or dvd's. Didn't take the emanage or my wideband. They did get my Defi turbo and egt gauges, Greddy Profec e-01, Sirius radio, and my PC.

Good news is, the police got a lot of great finger prints. **** me, **** you mother****er.

When was the last time you were here in Detroit or Michigan? It's a great place! Superbowl 40, MLB All Star Game, Pistons, Red Wings, Tigers, Final Four here in 2008......the natural outdoors is beautiful, and there is no place in the state of Michigan that is further than 2 miles from a body of water!

I hope you get the guy, I used to be a Service guy at a Dealership, and they used to take things as well...

Good Luck, and nail his @$$ to the wall if you get the opportunity.

lol, what a moron, that dealership isnt even in detroit. its a good 30 mins away from detroit. i love how people just see detroit and think its ok to bash.

but i hear ya man. d.scott sucks. it took them 2 trys to do my fuel line recall and messed up my exhaust putting it back together. i had to fix it myself the 3rd time around.

they even told me that i needed a new transmission when really all i needed was to have my torque converter bolts torqued down.

i go to tamaroff on telegraph and 11 mile now.

Yeah, that's where I got the car from. I always try to avoid going to the dealer, but with a recall I kinda have to.

Hey man, i'm not sure if you remember me, the last time I seen you we were on Ann Arbor road and I talked to you for a minute, I had a silver Grand Am it was like a year or two ago. Said I was going to get a Z, well that never happened.

Anyways, that dealership blows *****, I went there several times to try and talk to them about a car and something just always felt very very shiesty about that dealership as a whole. I hope you figure out whats going on. I'm assuming Canton police is working on it right? PM me if you get a chance.
