I have had a Popcharger on my 03 Z for about 3 years now. I clean the element once a year and have not had any problems. It's just a filter, don't see why it would have caused a problem. The ram air / cold air intakes go down in front of the radiator and can pull rain water. I would be more concerned with that.

well let's see you coast the car from a 90 mph and put it in neutral . it'll shut off immediatly. i dont need to say to sell my intake or anything . but the problem is very common with popcharger man , it's still a good filter though.

I'll have to give it a try. Does it happen only after you release the clutch in neutral or it happens also by just pressing the clutch and letting the revs go down ?

has it ever happen to you when you come to a stop light and your rpm drop down to like 300 rpm and goes back up ? since the popcharger installed ? my 04 z even shut off a couple of times after it installed . just a some pull from 1st to 3rd and puts it in neutral and coast . i dont know if it does any damage to the engine but it gets scary sometime.

No, I can't remember the car ever doing that.
