Oh, and I drive a DB perf, pretty stock looking at the moment other than the badging and the turn signals (but you cant really tell). I'm going to pick up my lip from boitnotts today or tomorrow, and I'm getting tint done sometime here in the next few weeks.

I havent seen too many Z's lately though.
I've seen you before I think. Me and the GF were at Aglamesis Brother's and saw a DB z that didn't sound like it had a stock exhaust turn down a side street. Might have been you, sounded really nice, just a louder version of stock. I hope to have an exhaust in the next month or so if I don't buy a DSLR.

Edit: Your signature is from V for Vendetta right? Love that movie.

Could have been, I like to take side street shortcuts. I've got the borla true dual, injen intake, crawford plenum, and lightweight crank pulley. thanks for the compliment, sometimes I feel it isnt loud enough, then I just realize I'm cruising at 2k rpm

I'm debadged in the back with fairlady badges on the sides and an aftermarket grill over the stock.

Yeah its from the first scene with V in it, its one of my favorites.

whats aglamesis brothers? is that a person?

I'd be up for it, but my car is getting the front repainted this week & I'm not sure when it will be done yet.

Bleh I'll probably be at the mid ohio stuff, however I didn't take off work so I wont be there too early. I grew up 2 miles down the street and still kinda live in Mansfiend since that's where my grandparents live. May be able to bring a few Z's, we'll see.

I'll have to check that out then. Graeters is good an all, but it never knocked my socks off. I'd rather go to DQ or UDF

Weather is looking a little crafty this week, could either be crappy or make for some interesting photos if we get clouds and sun. Let me know when you're thinking about donig the photos so I can have the Z clean and ready to go.

I do not pick up my Z until the weekend after Mid-Ohio, but as said prior, I am up for local festivities. Not to mention, I'd love to see some other Z's and get some ideas since this will be my first one. Keep me informed and if I'm off work, I'll prolly be there!

Congrats on the upcoming purchase! I'm gonna try to get a meet setup for the local z33s so we can snap some pictures. I have my DSLR coming in Thursday or Friday and I want to grab some pics.

Where are you guys getting work done? In the past I've done my own work, but moving into an apt does not give me the room for that and I plan on doing more extensive work than in the past. Reputable shops?

I'm still living at home (trying to find a house) so we have a good size driveway/garage that I do my work in. In the future I'll probably take it to my GF's dad's shop to put it up on the lift.

I got my lip painted at Boitnott's, they treated me very well and I'm pleased with thier work. They went out of their way to accomodate my schedule also, which in my book gains serious customer service bonus points. So thats who I would recommend for paint and body work.

My friend is having her car worked at TPR I think its called, shes getting springs, exhaust, turbo, etc done to her RSX type S. I havent used them yet though, but thats who I would recommend for mod work.

So do we have an idea of when this is going to go down, I thought we were talking this week sometime, but it doesnt really look like thats going to happen. anyways, keep me updated. I look forward to meeting the other Cincy Z's

also, whats CSS? I've been a member of CSR since 04 and I really dont care to post there since its reduced itself to childish bickering most of the time.

I would be careful around TPR. In the past I knew a few people who had problems there. It seems like that has changed and is more reputable now, but I'd still just be careful.

I'm gonna work with Don on when everything is going to go down, I'll keep you in the loop. As for what CSS is, it's a local site CincyStreetScene.com. My friend Charlie and I co-founded it and I think it's better than CSR (yes I'm biased ) There is some bickering(impossible to get rid of, but less than CSR IMO) but there is a larger variety of cars, more on topic conversations, and faster cars.

ahh, excellent, honestly I've been really dissapointed to see what CSR has become over the years.

I'll check out the site.
