I plan on making a special trip down to the cities just to see your car... I'll be sure to supply my own paper towels to mop up the drool.

Boo. Ok next saturday is MNsport compact summer meet. And at the end of sept. is HIN. We need to get a list of people that want to show at HIN and get in our reg.

 

With the way things are going, my car will be fused to my hoist before I get my motor back. I tried to keep things local with my motor and it seems to have backfired on me. Delays, miscommunication, parts issues, broken promisses, unrealistic time frames, you name it. No shop is perfect, but somethings are just unexcusable.

After a lengthy chat on the phone today, the motor is coming home monday - whether that is in shortblock form or full longblock assembled is still up the air.

 

Well at least it's coming home eh?

Stuff like that usually happens. When I sent my Celica's motor out to be built and everything it took a looooong time and the estimated time frames were way shorter than actual.

Have fun at the show guys! Eat a couple brats/hotdogs/burgers in my place.
