haha hell ya guys are you talkin this saturday? ya its in pretty rough shape but im not plannin on it bein done any time soon.. i already have a vg for it...( twin turbo 300zx motor) but its a long way from being ready for a motor put in it.... its gonna be a few year project i think... ya you guys should totally come check it out! i got it in the garage at like 11 last night and today the motor is ready to be pulled .. oh ya and its a 280z btw... but ya i dont know how to post pics off my phone so ill send some from my phone to whoever wants any pics.. if you guys want to swing all the way out to montrose on saturday your all welcome...

 

Didn't get to pipes today, any last words of advice from vets who have done this before? Debating the sensor vs non-fouler..or can I just leave em open...no text directions come with, WTF? Just a diagram

 

^ just do the non-foulers, they're simpler and easier.

My friends mom had 50% tint put on her avalon at the dealer when they bought it.

Today she got pulled over and ticketed because it read 45%.

Nobody is safe!!

Sad that the MN statute says 50% =/-3% and he ticketed her... I'd bring that to court. I have no doubt that it'd be dropped.

I think it's near Ft Snelling, which is closer to the airport. There's plenty of places around there. Bring lots of dollar bills, and we can go to the lunch buffet at Rick's Cabaret.

Well after a long weekend to sit down and plan my build options i came to a decision. No RB26 But rather a 383FI v8 that i have sitting in my garage. It will be eventually getting a t70.

Thinking of selling my Z side emblems. Anyone interested? I'll post it up in the classifieds if no one local wants them.

 

Weigh the complete motor and transmission and compare the weights to the VQ. The last thing you want is a much heavier front end.

You can always swap in an LS2, which comes in at 20lbs lighter than the VQ IIRC.



What side emblems? The ones on the fenders?
