Erik, you can use the old gasket if it's not torn up. That's what I did.

Alex, what wheels are those? Car looks great. Did you get the front repainted?

As for meets coming up, yes we will! I was hoping the weather would be nice enough this month for a grilling party at my place, then we can go for a cruise.

not too bad I guess.... had the car a couple years, drove it a bit, and put a little over a grand in my pocket. On to something else. Can't decide:

Money in the bank, Tacoma 4x4, or FD RX7

Plan on having a get-together in November. I'll be home on leave, so I'll be staying down in Bloomington for a few days to chill.

If you're getting a truck go old school and get a 1991 GMC Syclone. For those of you who dont know what it is back in the day it was faster than the corvette back in that year.

I am plenty old enough to remember those trucks (typhoon and the cyclone) and as cool as they were.... I would still have a 20 yr old mini truck with a 20 yr old GM interior -> no thanks

If I could find a decent one for 6-7 grand I would consider it, but not for 15+. If I got a truck, I want legitimate 4x4 to drive around the farm a bit

Yes it is. Worth the few hours to make it, if I were you. I won't be going. The car is officially 'winterized.'

Yeah, yeah. I have to admit that I'm actually tired of driving her right now. Besides, she needs new brakes.

So the glass repair person came by today. All they did was inject whatever into the chips. WTF. Also, after spending 6+ hours on the Z detailing it, I come home today to find blue residue glued to the hood. Whiskey tango foxtrot!

My fit was stock as far as the motor goes.... didn't Turbo it as it didn't seem worth it. About 3500 for 35 HP. Granted it would go from around 95 whp to 130 whp.
