Got a ticket in bloomington today 65 in a 45 aparently 20 over for a $212 fine.. when really I might have been doing maybe 10 over.. Ideas to fight it? What if I was going 17 over anything over 20 is more

 

No, the nismo muff was not even dirty really, it just needed to be appropriately tailored before goin on....not really a perfectionist on anything other than my cars,guitars and tatts....related note, dropped a few hundred more on ink today, always a good day

 

Pay it, dont waste your time fighting it....20 is a bit higher, tix are min 187 I believe now..25 over is sig higher, but its basically your word vs the cops, and GL w that...but, if you feel like revenge or pissing him off, then it does waste some of his time by making him appear in court lol
Unfortunately, i know too much about moving violations....that may be my new sig hahahah

 

Your right but I was gonna try and make it a ticket for speeding under 20 mph, apparently he got me at 20 over exactly and he pulled me over like 2 min after I sped and I only did to get around a car.. ughh

 

Yeah, time off your life...phugg it man, life hrs are more imp than going to court,esp over a few bucks...lol, for anything....courts phuggin suck no matter the reason.

Yeah, I am fighting a 11-15 over ticket right now from WI, it was 2am and I don't have cruse control so I am going to claim I didn't realise how fast I was going, I was just going and at that time I just wanted to get home.

 

Go to your court date, get a stay of execution for a year, and pay whatever fine they charge you. At least it won't F your insurance then. FYI, they hand out "no same or similar's" like candy. You just gotta show up and wait your turn.

 

A coworker got a free ping pong table off craigs list a few months ago, and we have it in our lab here. I get in a few games a day so I'm getting pretty good .
