Thoughts on selling the Z: I've put less than 1k miles on it this summer, so that means I haven't been able to enjoy driving events as much. Work and family and economy are the main driving factors into making me think it's time to let the car go to someone else who can have more fun (although I think that's impossible).

Anyway, we wanted to get one of my boys signed up for real swim lessons and see how that goes. He's a natural, so he needs a real coach. Lessons are expensive. I need to prioritize things.

 

Saw a silver Z with aftermarket wheels and blue headlight overlays yesterday in AV. Anyone here?

Oh, hi Jason! I kinda thought it was you, but I didn't know you were in this area of the cities.

Yeah she is. She tried to put off selling the Z.

As for the shotgun, it's nothing too special. It's used but nice and light. I have some work to do to it, but it works well and that's what counts.

 

I feel so much more safe now that Dave is patrolling the streets in the Z with his new shotgun!

What's everyone doing for Labor Day weekend? I just found out I have 4 days off, and I didn't even have to put in any vacation time. w00t!

My parents are coming to visit to see my new place. BTW off topic I need to know a good place to get my Windows tinted in the cities. Looking at going 35% since thats the legal limit in WI (I still have my WI plates and registration there). Looking at spending a weekday afternoon to get it done.

 

 

Make sure its a good company and they know what there doing alot of the darker window tint is thick and if they dont adjust the tracks it can scratch the tint and leave track marks on the window. Thats what happened to mine!

 

Are you willing to go anywhere in the metro area, or will you want to stay on the east side? I've been thinking of tinting mine, but there aren't any good places around me except a family owned business in Savage on Co 42.

 

Distance doesnt matter. I just want it done right!

 

Aaron knows a guy that does great tint work. I'm finally at my parents house with internet and cell reception. My wifes parents live on a farm with nothing to do but ride the 4 wheeler that is broke, shoot guns mine are all packed up and my brother inlaw was out of town. I'm going to meet with some of the nebraska Z guys tonight after the girls go to sleep.

 

I would highly recommend going to DAS dealer automated services. They have 2 locations in minnesota and do an excellent job and warranty their work!

 

Saw a really nice DB Z at Super Target in Apple Valley this morning. It was modded with TSW wheels, rotors, an HU, and a bra. I was hoping to run into the owner/driver.
