Hey guys. i ve been on the forum for a while but dont really post at all. One of my boys just bought a Z and I lvoe it lol. I actually want to mod it for him lol.
Anyways I m in a tough situation sell my boosted 3 series and go Z (of course boost the **** out of it).. or keep my 3 and go turbo instead of SC

Depends on your financial situation.... to boost the **** out of a Z, figure 20 grand or more to set it up.
6-8k to go through the motor
6-8k for the TT setup of your choice
1500 for exhaust
1500-2000 clutch
2-3k for ECU
2k for misc (radiator, gauges, etc)
2-4k in labor charges/dyno tune
then if your motor holds together figure BBK, suspension, wheels/tires for another 5-10k

WOO!! Hi ho hi ho.. its off to CA I go! One FULL week of vacation in sunny California starting tomorrow! Flight leaves at 11:40am! Beaches bikinis and lots of drinking are in order!
