Normally I'd say yes. But to keep things simple, let's just leave it here.
As soon as we can launch the club, then we can spread the word on all Z forums to start the membership drive.

As someone suggested already, the Boyland Nissan meet is a great place to get dealer buy in, spread the word face to face to potential members.
