Updated inventory Feb 23, 2012:

For 245 wide 18" I have:
- 4 Bfg r1 with 2 heat cycles. Good for up to around 7 cycles ($150)
- 4 hoosier R compound with 4 cycles. Good for up to 8 cycles ($300)
- 4 hoosier A with 1 cycle. Good for 4 if you have good camber (or start pressure 35 or higher). Somewhat worn outer 1/2" shoulder. ($300)
- 4 hoosier A with 2 cycles, similar wear to the 1 cycle tires above ($125)
- 2 hoosier R with 3 cycles ($200)
- 4 stock z wheels, straight and true, decent cosmetic condition $200 - 3 year old rain tires with 3 sessions, 60% life remaining $200 prefer to sell together since they are mounted and balanced

For 285 wide 18" I have:
- 4 hoosier r with 3 cycles, excellent rubber and grip left $400, 2 kosei silver 18x10 wheels $200, 2 enkei rp03 18x9 wheels $200 prefer to sell as a package since they are mounted and balanced

Wheels are fitment for 350z. Let me know your situation and I can recommend the best fit and give you more details about the tires and/orwheels for you. Better yet, Come see them and pick your favorites!
