Default Anyone in the Indianapolis area?

Just curious if there are any modded Z's in Indy (especially F/I). We would love to see some up here at Ed Martin, I haven't seen any come through the lot. We haven't really had any enthusiasts purchase one since I've worked here.

Yep. I bought mine at Hubler. I had a very bad experience with your new car manager. He wouldn't let me take a car out for a test drive by myself.

Sorry you had a bad experience! Our insurance won't allow us to do that, because they will not pay a claim if an employee was not present. Hubler must have done that at their own risk. Your Z looks nice! I'd love to have a look at it if you are in the area sometime.

I think you need to change your insurance company then. My BMW saleman let me take a $64K M3 out for an afternoon without even signing a paper. Now, I've bought from him before so he knew me, but I'm afraid your new car manager doesn't quite "get it". I don't like being treated like some 18 year-old street racer. So, I did the only thing I could do. I bought my car from someone else who treated me like I wanted to be treated.

I had the same experience last spring at Ed Martin. I made an appointment to drive the car two weeks in advance, since it co-incided with my interview at Klispch. I showed up, and he let me look at the car for a but ... treated me like I shouldn't be buying it ... cause I am 21(but I look 18). The I asked to drive it, and he just about laughed at me. I walked out a "bit" pissed off. Hubler was working with me, but could not compete price-wise with what I found back home in Buffalo NY.

My Z will be modded this summer, and I would be glad to show it to you then ... no promises, but can you say vortech? :-p

If you can say vortech, then you will probably be legally required to come show me. But seriously, I love to see cleanly modded (anti-rice) Nissans. I've been an enthusiast since I got my first altima at 16. I discovered AutoX last year, and it's my new passtime. I've heard Z's aren't greatest at autox, but if you want to come out sometime you should. www.indyscca.com Let me know if you are gonig to stop by sometime! My number is 317-359-9231 x362.
