Spring of 04, I take my 03 Z to Tamaroff to have it aligned and the tires replaced for the TSB. Now I know the tires are on backorder or whatever, but they told me the tires were in. So I go up there about 2 weeks ago, the Broad says I have to leave my car for 24 hours! Why? I can install 2 trires myself in an hour at the most. They just take it to the Belle tire thats right next door anyways! So I tell the Service manager, who is a real b1tch that I don't feel comfertable leaving my car with them again, she gets all defensive. I explain I have a PC in my car that logs all the sensors via my OBDII and Wideband. So now she's pissed off, "I'll call ya back" Yeah right, I'm sure she will call me back. She been saying that since last ******* spring.

Oh yeah. So last time I left it for the alignment and stuff (which they didn't even want to do and denied their was a problem) they didn't call me to come get it when it was done, they called my work line and I told them I had the day off to get the car fixed when I dropped it off the day before. So I had to pay an extra day on the rental car. After I got my car I looked at the logs from the wideband and they boosted it a bunch of times, and I saw they hit the rev limiter three times! That's ********. I would advise never leaving your car with those people, Take it to Dick Scott.

Derrick man. how many times did i say to never go to tamaroff? i've been there 4 times and left pissed everytime. they have some girl that doesnt know jack about the z, taking care of the customers. they're all idiots over there. they did the same thing with me when i had my tire tsb done. i waited 2 weeks and finally called them only to hear them say "oh well YOU didnt call us so we sold them to someone else". its my fault....riiiiiiiiight.

i'd file a complaint. theres no freakin need for them to redline your car while driving it. specially 3 times. there was grass all over the bottom of my car when i picked it up and rubber on the rear bumber. hmmmmmm.

try dick scott. A+ service over there.

 

tamarof and jeffery are the same owner i think thats what jeffrey told me so i dont know how they have such different services even tho im going to dick scott for my work i need done soon
