Mike, come join us. My car should be ready with the APS TT and GOING DEEP is also coming and his car should be around 600 RWHP. He'll be riding up with our caravan as he's moving to CT soon. Not to mention your beast.

I'll add you to our caravan list. Let me know if anyone else is joining you. The caravan going up is going to be huge as we are over 20 cars at this time and we still have a month and a half to go.

I actually did let the "Lobster Guy" know that I'm going to need a mess of lobsters for the middle of May so that should be taken care of. Please note that the lobsters will only be served AFTER the cruise at the "after the cruise party" back at my brother's summer house on Buzzards Bay so please let me know if you want to go so I can get enough lobsters (my treat).

Anyone that wants to can pitch a tent in the backyard or bring a sleeping bag and sleep on the floor are welcome, assuming there's enough room. Last year things finally ended around 3 AM with people walking around looking like this . By the way, if you look like that you will have no choice but to stay!

I'm also checking on hotel rooms in the area. Probably the best hotel in the area is the Best Western Bourne-Bridge which is located on the canal, about 1 mile from the meet location and maybe two miles from my brother's house. Unfortunately they don't seem to be giving any discounts at the present time and the rate for a Saturday night stay is $129. If you are seriously interested in staying, let me know and I'll try a "Group Buy". At last check they only had about 10 rooms left so the reservations should be sooner rather than later. The other motels are cheaper but they are also cheaper. In any event, you should consider making a weekend of it, driving down Saturday morning and heading home Sunday. Life is short so live a little.

 

Is everyone invited to the "after the cruise party" ? This is going to be a great ride!! I can't wait. I think i'm going to try and make a room reservation right away so I don't miss out. Thanks for posting the info on the hotel!
