You can usually enter the good ones if u have 3 girls w/ you. And uhh rutgers has AWSOME chicks man, wut are you smoking? Don't be shooting too high just cause you have a Z! They're some FINNNNE women on colllege ave and cook campus.

And all the frats where you need a ratio are gay.... Phi Kappa Tau is the place to go. 4+ of my friends are brothers there. No ratio, all are cool.
