To all you fellow nor'easters, patience MUST be a virtue! I ordered my LeMans Sunset Enthusiast Z on October 1st because my dealer told me that would get me delivery of the car in late February. OK, that would be alright, only a month or so to park it before the spring driving season.

On Dec. 23 I get the call. The car is in! I take delivery on Christmas Eve and luckily the roads are dry and it is a rare moment of no snow here in western NY. I slowly drive the Z the 2 miles to my garage and park it, where it still sits wih only 14 miles on it. Wouldn't you know that almost immediately we get hit with the snowiest winter in 20 years!

So, the moral to the story is that patience is a virtue....I guess. The car cover helps keep the Z out of sight, but most certainly not out of mind. I have never wished for spring so much in my life!

If you thought the anticipation of waiting for your ordered Z was slow torture, try HAVING it sitting in you garage and not being able to drive it! Don't worry, I will make up for it come spring for sure!

For those of you in warm weather climates....do some driving for me!!! Enjoy those Zs!

Try waiting six months! It was hell. Alot of people waited much longer than me. Spring is on the way. There is hope.

 

I agree. I ordered in June and picked up my car on Dec 19th.

Atleast we have this site to keep us going. Just think what it would be like with out the internet. lol the pain
