I'm assuming you got my PM about the grill insert... not sure if that is what you mean, but they are real popular. Personally I don't see the point -- they just block airflow to the radiator and intercooler.
I usually cruise around Wilmington; when things are slow there, I have been know to head down to Newark, but that is pretty rare. In my experience, you will find many more cars worth racing around Wilmington (202).
If you want to find some places to meet up around DE, go to www.delawarestreetracing.com It's pretty much a bunch of childish jokers with slow cars (read: alero, sunfire, pt cruiser, etc)... But there are a few people with faster cars and the site is pretty funny. It also clued me into a few good spots to find some action. Good luck.
