I'm thinking of going down to Englishtown tonight (Raceway Park) and doing some passes. Haven't done any since I put the Popcharger on and the temp/humidity will be much less since the last time I ran.

Hope to maybe see some other Z's down there. I'll be in the 05 PPW Track!

I just took a job like 5 mins from the track so Ill prob end up going at the time now...

 

i went...did 13.22? my best...twin turbo + street tires...not the best to get traction...time to get some different rims and tires...

 

yea, you should be in the low 12's high 11's somewhere.

 

i just ordered some bfg dragradials...275/17's, i got rims that came off my dads 96 stang gt...im gonna use those...they will be here on monday so we'll see what happens next wednesday...plus im gonna take my sub box out which is like the size of my entire trunk...i may take off the wing too...we'll see...

 

Ugh, I was having traction issues all night. I ran a 14.19, 14.21, then a 14.3x. The colder air is nice for the intakes... but the cooler temps also suck for gripping with teh asphalt.

I'm probalby going back in two weeks to run again. I'll start another post then.

Glad to meet a couple of fellow Z people! Tonester, I think I saw your car but you were never around it when I was there. Were you with the PPW '06?

 

yea i was right next to him...i think i saw u go down the track once...there was also a silver one i saw with a nismo wing i think...i didnt see him run though...lemme know when u go again man...im always down to go

 

I'll probably be going again in two weeks. I can't go every week because of my work schedule. I need to go practive my launches, they suck. Couldn't land better than a 2.3xx or so that night.
