It says $469,900 which can't be right, it looks so small for that price.

 

No thats right. Wayne is a very expensive area to live in unfortunately. The other homes on the area are similarly priced but my sisters is a bit more because she recently expanded it so the inside is much roomier than the others in the neighborhood. So this also increases the value.

 

The man is right. Hell the house I live in now in Woodbridge has doubled in value since my family bought it 10 years ago. Well goodluck with the sale, I'll keep my eyes open for anybody interested. But I better commission of say, a turbo kit? lmao
