nice...newbies are welcome..hell im a newbie..only had my z 6 mths

 

ima super newbie, 8 days old, i know next to nothing about the Z lol. Ive been a Mustang and Cobra owner since i was 17 (28 now), so this is allll new. any good tips would be cool.

 

Here r some tips...

Ur z will never b on the same level of mods to money as ur mustangs...they r much cheaper to mod and they respond better in almost every case...

However imo the z is sexier..i almost bought an 04 cobra last year and i kick myself every time i lose a race...lol

 

and a Z will never sound like a mustang.. i believe a mustang with aftermarket exhaust is the best sounding car under 100k

A 300 HP Mustang with no cats sounds like freaking NASCAR. I would NOT mess with one, except my friends because his would be about even with my Z. He still was loud as HELL (too loud for my taste), and if I knew nothing about Mustangs, I would say that being that loud, he would probably beat me haha.

 

Well, assuming Gerald (350Zzzz) gets his exhaust and Paul (all yankees) has his car tuned I think they're shooting for between 600-700 whp.

Whoever isn't boosted vs whoever isn't. I don't know who is, but not everyone on that list is boosted lol.

 

There will b 2 trophys for top boosted and 1 for top na...

I just got the trophys finished today...ordered and engraved!!!!

i say everyone in attendance.. shoot.. if you were having a bigger turn out i would even say not even the owners allowed to vote.. because if 30 cars show up.. and 40 people show up.. then everyone votes for their own car.. the only real votes that count are the other 10, but since thats not happening .. then yeah everyone should vote

 

Good point...I was gonna say that if we did just owners..then you would have to attach your name to the sheet and you cannot vote on yours...but I see your point...

 

should be anonymous and multiple choice.. no handwriting what so ever..

because if i have two friends with top cars.. i wouldn't want them to know who i choose...

 

Im gonna do a point system...so we add th pts and theres the winners for show...or hottest looking. So for ex. U havew int, ext, and maybe go....u add all 3 and theres the winner...all cars get pts and we just tally and its done. The hp is based on dyno sheets...thas the only way for that...the only thing that will suck is for na's because of diff types of dynos...10-20 whp on a na car is alot...

 

we should subtract some of the HP from ZR's.. since technically they are heavier and slower than coupes.. sorry Paul... lol
