Default tire mount shop

I'm looking for a good tire mount shop in central jersey. I need the shops name and # if possible. What kind of tire you had mounted and the cost.

I went to Freedman Tire in Edison. Good prices, great service. Someone on the forums actually recommended them to me.

I bought a set of BFG KDW2's, 245/35/19 & 275/35/19 mounted & balanced and they swapped my TPMS's over to the new wheels. They had it done in about an hour or so. Cost me about $1200 when it was all done.

Perhaps. The tires online would have been $1000 to my door iirc. I was originallly gona go with buying tires online and bringing it to a shop, but decided to just go with one shop to do it all. That and the shop was 1 min from my house.

EDIT: i bought the tires from the shop and had them do all the work. i didn't pay 1200 for labor alone.

is this really the typical cost for mounting/balancing/TPMS swap? $200?!! I would've thought it would be $80-$100 total, if that??

^^^It's probably less than that. You gota remember online tire stores will probably have better prices than an actual shop. I bought my tires from them in case of any problems with the tires come up.
