Yes of course. I do not expect him as an individual fresh out of high school to have the means to reimburse me should anything go wrong.

I will only proceed with the contract with his parents' consent, but he hasn't PMed me back yet so I don't know if this is even serious.

You know you could set up a contractual agreement with him and his insurance company. You could also agree to get a piece of the action with all of the proceeds from his GED.

I can't imagine too many parents agreeing to this, but i've heard of crazier things on Long Island. I say charge $1000 an hour.

Wow I didnt expect to get these many replies!! Just to let you know I dont drink so drinking and driving will never happen. Also I didnt just join this forum to make a thread about renting a z. I WANT a Z but since im going to flight school in the army in about 2 months Im going to hold off on it until everything settles down. Ive driven z's before at work, it just an awsome looking car.
